Who we are

Binary Castle ("we", "us") operates binarycastle.net. We are a software development studio. You can reach us athello@binarycastle.net.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and the minimum needed to run this site:

• Contact form submissions. When you use our contact form, we receive the information you enter (name, email, company, project details). It is delivered to our email via our form-processing provider (Web3Forms) and used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Email. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement.
• Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate site traffic. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build individual profiles.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't run advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.
• We don't send marketing email unless you've explicitly asked for it.

How long we keep data

Contact inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If we enter a business relationship, related correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement and any legally required record-keeping period.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailinghello@binarycastle.net. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of processors to function:

• Cloudflare — hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Web3Forms — contact form delivery.

Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be noted prominently.
