Binary Castle exists because most software projects fail for non-technical reasons: wrong scope, absent communication, and teams that stop caring after the contract is signed. We run projects the way we'd want ours run.
The story
Binary Castle started with engineers who kept seeing the same pattern: businesses paying for software that almost worked — generic tools bent out of shape, agencies that disappeared after launch, and codebases nobody wanted to inherit.
We built the studio around the opposite premise. Small senior team, full ownership from architecture to app store, and stacks chosen for the problem — Django, Go, Laravel, and Node on the backend; SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, Flutter, and React Native on mobile; and production AI where it genuinely pays off.
The name is the promise: software built like a fortress — deliberately, to last, and worth defending.
